About

The New Moon offers us a chance to reflect on what we want and what we are worthy of. Leo let’s us know that it’s okay to enjoy a bit of the royal treatment. It teaches us to know our own worth, reminding us that we are the star of our own life story.

At this gathering, the sibling duo Moun and Sah D’Simone will guide the group through a ritual of gratitude and manifestation from Sah’s new book.

We will meditate, breathe, share and explore what it really means to celebrate your fabulous self and lead from your heart! You will feel empowered to take the center stage by connecting with your heart and accessing the subtle ways to make your powerful presence known, and get clear on your mission.

Jackie Cantwell will lead us in a sound journey to aid us in tuning in to what we most desire.

Join us with a pen and paper. This is a great opportunity for you to meet Sah and get a signed copy of his new book.

Where

Moun D’Simone

Moun D'Simone was born in Brazil and moved to the US when she was 15 years old. She has lived in NYC, Paris, London, and Los Angeles. She now resides back in NYC. She is deeply grateful to her teachers and to the path of building a life based on service. Moun is a meditation teacher, breathwork instructor, yoga teacher and private coach. A Certified Breath-Body-Mind Teacher, NLP Practitioner, MBSR Trainee, she is currently studying Contemplative Psychotherapy at Nalanda Institute. Moun is also the co-founder of Wild Woman, a femme-identified empowerment workshop. Her early life struggles with anxiety and self-loathing have propelled her to explore the connection between mind, body and heart towards self-healing and transformation.

Sah D'Simone

Sah D’Simone is a meditation teacher, author, transformational speaker and coach. Born in Brazil, Sah came to the U.S. at the age of 16, working for over a decade in the fashion industry, becoming the co-founder and creative director of Bullett Magazine. Despite his immense success, the high stakes culture of the fashion industry led Sah down a path of addiction and depression, eventually opening the doorway to a different way of life. In 2012, he walked away from his career in fashion and began an intensive search for health and well-being, traveling to Nepal, India, Thailand, Indonesia and Europe to study with some of the most prolific masters of our time. After immersing himself in practice for several years, Sah returned to the states, dedicating his life to helping others to live in alignment and achieve their highest potential. Sah has masterfully synthesized the ancient techniques of meditation, contemplative psychotherapy, breath work, and plant based nutrition for a modern and accessible approach to well-being. His infectious enthusiasm for healing and self-love has built a devoted fan base, with a client list that includes Google, MoMa, American Express, the United Nations, New Balance, Bloomingdales, and Havas. Sah also shares his mission with underserved communities, advocating for mental health and well-being in the LGBTIQ and POC communities.
